Step 2: Fill all the fields in light blue and sign the document.
Step 3: Save the document and e-mail it to: companysecretary@marquis.com

The 42nd Annual General Meeting for Marquis Macadamias will be held at the Ballina RSL Club for members able to attend in person and will be hosted virtually at the same time.
We encourage our members to join the virtual meeting or submit proxies if they do not intend or are unable to join the Meeting in person.
To participate in the Meeting online you will be required to RSVP now to Jodie Hearity at reception in Lismore (02 6624 3900), who will send through your meeting ID and unique password.
We encourage participants to log into the Meeting at least 15 minutes before it starts.
Tech support information will be available from 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the Meeting
