Director
Donald has over 30 years’ experience in the macadamia industry after developing several farms in the northern rivers of NSW and also the Bundaberg, Queensland region. Donald’s previous roles include Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for large public and private companies. He has a Bachelor of Engineering from Sydney University and MBA, Master of Commercial Law and PhD from Macquarie University.
Chief Sales Officer
George was born and raised in Sydney and studied his master’s degree in Business Administration at Macquarie University. George previously worked for several multinational companies within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry in various sales and management positions, in both Australia and Europe. These companies include Pepsi and Masterfoods.
International Sales Manager
Andre was born & raised in South Africa where he
studied for his degree in International Trade & Maritime
Law. Andre has over 20 years of experience specializing in
sales management, marketing & new product
development.
Prior to joining Marquis, Andre worked for several major
international companies, serving the majority of his
career as an International Business Development
Manager & Sales Manager in the Fast Moving
Consumable Goods (FMCG) & shipping industry.
His expertise extends into several regions such as Africa,
Middle East, South East Asia & Oceania.
International Sales Manager
Prior to joining Marquis Marketing, BJ has worked in business development for premium Australian and European FMCG products within Australia and Asia, most recently living in Hong Kong servicing Asian based clients. BJ has 8+ years of sales and management experience in Australian premium food products spanning across a range of industry channels, including FMCG, QSR, and HORECA plus 4 years of retail NPD experience. BJ holds both a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Law.
Chief Operations Officer
Graeme has over 27 years of management experience, half of which in the food and retail sectors, mostly in Project management and Operations. For ten years, he was a General Manager of a macadamia processor in Limpopo, South Africa, where he was heavily involved in marketing their products globally. Before joining Marquis, Graeme was the Chief Operating Officer of a leading South African macadamia producer. He studied Business Management and successfully completed a Mastery of Leadership program through the University of Stellenbosch, led by the Industrial Psychology Department.
Group Marketing Manager
Claudia has over 20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, having worked for multinational companies in Australia and overseas. With a passion for growing brands through sound and creative strategies, she has consistently built high performance teams and delivered sales growth. With strong knowledge of the FMCG industry, Claudia loves a challenge and has a degree in Advertising and an MBA specialised in Marketing.
Operations Manager
Willem has had a long career of more than 20 years within the manufacturing industry both in the United Kingdom and Australia. Willem previously worked for a large and medium multinational businesses predominantly in Operational, High Level Demand and Supply Planning as well as ERP project implementation roles. Willem has a Honours Degree in Business as well as a Bachelors of Arts.
Operations Supervisor
Karen has worked in the import/export and manufacturing industry for over 30 years, in both New Zealand and Australia. Initially managing export documentation teams, but more recently in Operational and Procurement/Production planning roles.
Customer Service Executive
Larissa has a wide range of Sales & Customer account management experience across the digital platform. She looks forward to the new challenges the food industry might expose her to.
Quality Assurance Manager
Beginning her journey with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Zoology and Botany, and a Bachelor of Technology in Quality Management, Claire developed a strong foundation in microbiology, food processing, and risk assessment.
This knowledge ignited a passion for safeguarding food integrity and consumer well-being. Over the years, Claire has contributed her expertise to leading food companies, where she played a pivotal role in shaping and elevating food safety and quality practices.
Her proficiency in auditing and implementing food safety management systems has been instrumental in mitigating risks and ensuring product integrity.
As Marquis’s Quality Assurance Manager, Claire remains steadfast in her commitment to navigating the complexities of food safety with integrity, innovation, and an unyielding focus on excellence.

Ben is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has more than 15 years of experience across a variety of industries including Banking, Engineering and Manufacturing, in both Australia and UK.
Assistant Accountant
Upon completion of his Bachelor of Business (Accountancy Major with Forensics and Data Analytics Minor) degree in 2020, Jonty pursued an accounting role within the warehousing and logistics industry and has since amassed over 4 years of experience. He has plans to obtain his Chartered Accounting qualifications in the near future and hopes to continue gaining knowledge within the industry.
