He has worked in key domestic and international management roles throughout his career, including heading up a hybrid seed business with major operations in the United States and Mexico. Ben holds a Degree in Applied Science from the University of Queensland and a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

George was born and raised in Sydney and studied his master’s degree in Business Administration at Macquarie University. George previously worked for several multinational companies within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry in various sales and management positions, in both Australia and Europe. These companies include Pepsi and Masterfoods.

Claudia has over 20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, having worked for multinational companies in Australia and overseas. With a passion for growing brands through sound and creative strategies, she has consistently built high performance teams and delivered sales growth. With strong knowledge of the FMCG industry, Claudia loves a challenge and has a degree in Advertising and an MBA specialised in Marketing.
Operations Supervisor
Karen has worked in the import/export and manufacturing industry for over 30 years, in both New Zealand and Australia. Initially managing export documentation teams, but more recently in Operational and Procurement/Production planning roles.
Domestic Logistics Specialist
Cassie brings vast experience in domestic freight forwarding, excelling in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring seamless logistics operations. As a Domestic Logistics Specialist, Cassie leverages her expertise to optimise transportation processes and deliver exceptional service to her clients.
Before transitioning to the logistics industry, she successfully owned and operated a catering business for over 14 years. This entrepreneurial journey honed her skills in business management, customer service, and strategic planning.
Combining her background in logistics and catering, Cassie brings a unique perspective and a strong commitment to excellence in every role she undertakes.

Anita has accumulated over six years of extensive experience in the import/export industry in New Zealand. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a keen understanding of international trade regulations, logistics coordination, and supply chain management. Her expertise extends to managing complex shipments, ensuring compliance with customs requirements, and fostering strong relationships with both local and international clients.
In addition to her professional experience, Anita has pursued academic studies in Public Relations and Creative Advertising.
