Clayton Mattiazzi is Chair and a Director of Marquis Macadamias and Chief Executive Officer of Saratoga Holdings. With 17+ years’ experience in the macadamia industry, he brings deep operational and commercial insight across orchard development, production, processing, and supply chain performance.
Clayton is recognised for driving business transformation, strategic growth initiatives, and long-term sustainability outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Agronomy) and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) program.

Andrew has extensive background in the macadamia industry and as a grower himself having several farms around the Alstonville NSW region. Andrew is founder and operator of the successful ‘Avilla Farm’ – a natural skincare range featuring Australian macadamia oil as the key ingredient
Andrew has a Bachelor of Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management.
Director
Peter has been a passionate contributor and driver of the macadamia industry for over 24 years. From his home farm in Bundaberg, he has developed processes and innovations that have been used across the industry. Using this knowledge, Peter has also acquired, developed and subsequently sold additional large scale farms in the Bauple and Beerwah regions in Queensland.
Peter has been a current shareholder of Marquis Macadamias (formerly MPC Ltd and Pacific Gold) since 1998. He has also been the Chairman of Marquis Marketing and was a Director of Marquis Macadamias for 10 years, where he oversaw the integration and rebranding of MPC, Pacific Gold and MMI into the Marquis Group, which became the largest grower owned processor and marketer in Australia.

Kristina Hermanson has more than 25 years of global leadership experience across the agriculture value chain in commercial, strategy, M&A, and supply chain roles. For half of that time, she has been actively engaged in the Australian agriculture industry, holding ANZ/ASEAN MD-level leadership roles and numerous Board roles.
Kristina is a Director of the Nuveen Natural Capital (Westchester) Australian investment funds as Head of APAC and Africa, leading a team of 24 experienced individuals across a portfolio of assets, including macadamia farms in Bundaberg, QLD, since 2022. Kristina holds an MBA and MS of Mechanical Engineering.

David Bryant is Managing Director of Rural Funds Management Limited (RFM), a company he established in 1997. RFM entities operate 736 hectares of mature macadamia orchards in the Bundaberg and Glasshouse Mountains regions of Queensland and are developing approximately 5,000 hectares of macadamia plantings in Maryborough, Bundaberg and along the Fitzroy River near Rockhampton.
David brings extensive experience to Marquis, gained through more than 26 years developing and operating macadamia, almond, cattle, cropping, poultry, viticulture and water assets across Australia.

Justin joined Hinkler Park Plantations in 2017. Since being a part of the macadamia industry, he has gained knowledge and experience in farm development, orchard management, and sorting shed operations.
Justin has a degree in Landscape Architecture and is currently a director of Saratoga Holdings Pty Ltd.

Stephen brings over 25 years of leadership experience across business strategy, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
His career spans both line and functional management as well as strategic consulting, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and communication.
He currently serves as a non-executive Director at Saratoga Holdings Pty Ltd and operates as an independent management consultant, focusing on business innovation, optimisation, and turnaround strategies.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), a Diploma in Applied Finance, and an MBA.
